Retrieve Online banking PIN code

If you forgot your PIN or you are experiencing trouble accessing our service, next we will request you some data and we will send you a one-time-password you can use to access again to your online banking service.

If you remember your PIN, call 981 910 522 to unlock the service.

You need to have the following information at hand:

  • The username to log into the service.
    It should be your NIF or NIE (Spanish ID document, for example 00123456A). If you do not have a NIF or NIE, please use your Online Banking contract number or the code that you subsequently chose.
  • The mobile phone number you registered in ABANCA.
  • An ABANCA debit card of which you are holder.

If you do not have any of the previous data:

  • If you remember your PIN but the service is blocked, you can call 981 910 522 in order to unblock it.
  • If you do not remember your PIN, you can ask for a new one at any ABANCA's office.
